Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

PictureTheWinCompetitions Ltd operates commercial prize draws in full compliance with the UK Gambling Act 2005. Due to the nature of real-time ticket allocations and live draw scheduling, all entry token and ticket bundle purchases made on picturethewincompetitions.co.uk are 100% final.

2. No Right to Cancel (Statutory Exclusion)

Under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts for recreational activities or services that provide for a specific date or period of performance. Consequently, once a ticket transaction is authorized and numbers are allocated into a live competition pool, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions & Draw Cancellation

Refunds will only be initiated at the sole discretion of the Directors in the highly exceptional event that a specific competition campaign is completely cancelled by PictureTheWinCompetitions Ltd without a live draw being executed. In such an event, the original transaction value will be refunded in full back to the original payment method via our merchant gateway. No partial refunds or rollbacks are permitted.
